Dharm P. S. Bhawuk (PhD, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign) is a professor of management and culture and community psychology at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. He is author of the book Spirituality and Indian Psychology: Lessons from the Bhagavad-Gita (2011) and coeditor of the book Asian Contributions to Cross-Cultural Psychology (1996). He has coedited a special issue of the International Journal of Intercultural Relations on "Globalization and Diversity: Contributions from Intercultural Research" and Psychology and Developing Societies on "Indian psychology: Theory, Methods and Practice." He has more than 80 publications to his name, and has made more than 200 presentations at international conferences and universities. He is a founding fellow of the International Academy for Intercultural Research (IAIR), and past Treasurer of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology.
